So I already have some nice 6x9's that I'd like to put in my vert. I'm not looking for a sound system to bring down small buildings, I just want some damn sound. All I need are some ideas of where to put these speakers. I thought about the spare tire cover, but that gets covered by the top when it's down. There's no chance of getting them behind the seats either. I'm open to [reasonable] suggestions.

 

Had a friend do a custom enclosure with a sub, amp and 2 6x9s in the spare tire compartment. No problem hearing it through the back panel or when the top is down. Also replaced the speakers in the doors, WOW what a difference.

I always said that I needed a stereo so that I could sing with the top down and you can't hear my crappy voice over the stereo!

Hey, who needs that crappy spare anyway, if I get a flat thats why I pay for Triple A!!!
