3rd gen East Bear light quality?

Can anyone give me some detailed views on the quality of lighting that the East Bear kit puts out? Is it better than stock, and if so by how much? I saw on a web site that East Bear will be offering clear lenses soon that enclose the light kit. I'm looking foward to seeing how they look. In the meantime any feedback on the light quality would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
