At first I was getting a bit sad to think that people would be putting "neon shifters" in their FD, then I saw the pics....sigh of relief.

 

wait this isn't a group buy for neon shifters? damn.

Update 9-21-2004:

I just sent the ***** out.. If you want tracking info, please pm me..

Otherwise, you should get the ***** in next 2-5 days..

I'll post pic on how to install.. For an FD, there is a cleaner way to do it.. Also, if you cut .5 to .75 inch off the thread, shift **** will sit much better. I've done this and few others from 1st GB have done this.

Also, this kit will come with new shift boot. Its pretty nice! and will install on the FD shift panel.

Another issue just came up..

All the tracking number I sent you before is missing the last digit..

what I'm going to do is give that last number on this thread.. instead of me pm ing all of you..

I should have this number by end of today..
Sorry about this.. the printer at UPS apprently cut the last digit off.

I just went thru with UPS personel and found all the last digits..

W. Somerville = last digit is "3"
A. gonzalez = "0"
E. Gottfried = "7"
L. Surniak = "6"
J. Crouch = "0"
R. Nasr = "5"
J. Salmond = "7"
S. Kaas = "1"

My **** came yesterday. Thanks Phil,

1. cut the harness circled, cut higher up on the wires.. pass the pointed arrow.
2. Tape the ends of the wires.



3. Now using supplied connector(red) to tap into the ashtray light wires. I have it matching the wiring as follow... Green to Blue (rx8 harness)

***Make sure the **** is screwed down and than plug in the harness to the one that is attatched to the ashtray light... see pic below***
