I acquired some 10AE 7 Spoke Wheels and was doing some cleaning and was unable to remove the center hub caps after trying to push it from the back with my hands and a flathead. I'm wondering: is it possible to even remove it or the hub caps are just stuck from all the brake dust and rust?

 

Use the butt end of a screwdriver and push the center cap from the inside out.
