There is a minimum post count required before you can interact on the classifieds section (ten). Reason being to keep the forum an active exchange of advice and ideas between like minded people, rather than just a mini Ebay........ General gist is to interact with others, offer help/insight where you can and get involved. Please avoid the one line "your car is cool" etc just to get your posts count up. Read some threads and comment on some builds and other things you are interested in, or can offer advice on. Your post count will climb to the 10 post minimum in no time at all then you can access the classifieds

That's understandable but why isn't it possible to post on other boards (i tried in 3rd gen general discussion). Why limit to only new member board?

 

yeah sucks they changed it so you cant even view them logged out.

Correct you need 10 legitimate posts and 24hrs before you can access other areas. Use the search function and look through the menu's, but to help you on your way there is lots of information here:

i's nice that it;s being reviewed, but seems silly. there's literally nothing to post/comment on in the new members section other than the post limit.

 

Well I think the idea is that other new members say hello to each other and share pics of their RX7 or talk about what they are hoping to buy. I think it worked well in the past but possibly has become challenging with fewer members. You may also be able to read and comment on the build thread section.

The point was to eliminate the number of scammers/spammers by forcing people to interact before they access the classified sections. Which is a good thing.
