hello guys i have a question, a moderator keeps asking me to read the stikies, and i dont have a clue what he ment. because under new member there are posts that say stikies and i read them and reply to them and he/she keeps asking me to do so please help me out to understand what he is asking for thank you

Then read and post a reply in the STICKY threads appropriately marked as "READING THREAD SO THAT YOU CAN INCREASE POST COUNT".
