hello guys i have a question, a moderator keeps asking me to read the stikies, and i dont have a clue what he ment. because under new member there are posts that say stikies and i read them and reply to them and he/she keeps asking me to do so please help me out to understand what he is asking for thank you

Then read and post a reply in the STICKY threads appropriately marked as "READING THREAD SO THAT YOU CAN INCREASE POST COUNT".
In these threads you will find guidelines that should be followed so that you don't get into any trouble on the Forum.
