Go back to the Top of the Intro section and read the Rules and they will explain that you need a Minimum post requirement to enter certain areas.
You will notice that this Forum is pretty clean of it's members crapping in threads and placing unwanted posts in another's thread, also no "Zenith 56 inch TV for $199" in any of the sections.
This is because the Members are urged to follow posting requirements to ensure that the Forum is kept clean of clutter.
It also ensures that the Guys that you deal with have been here more than 10 minutes and are not here just to Drop off broken parts to unsuspecting people that require parts for their car.
The Group of Moderators here also enforce the sections and make sure that guys are following policy and that they behave in a harmonious way towards each other.
It's not Policing,it's sensible intelligent Rules that are effective to make sure any social misbehaviour is not ruining the Comfort of this Forum.

It's a pretty easy going and understandable Point if you care about what and who you deal with and the Forum has been run that way to protect it's members and make access to info easier and clutter free.

So,you need to build your post count.
Read the Rules up top of the INTRO section(How to enter the forum in 3 easy steps) and it will HELP you get to where you want to go.
The RULES Threads give you NINE POSTS if you read and follow the INFO.

That is WHY it says "READ before POSTING",so you do not have to wonder why you can't post threads.

you just need more posts before you can do it. I think it's 10 total.

You have to increase your post count before you can respond to other sections in the forum, From what i was reading you need to be at 50., if i am not mistaken.

Ya..you are mistaken.,
50 for the LOUNGE Only.
other sections are between 5 - 15 posts, depending on where you are trying to post or access.
You will get a Notice If you do not meet he criteria(post count).
This info should be IN the Rules,so this Thread is now closed.
I'd rather have correct info up and no Excess posting in this section.
Thanks.
