Question Including all terms

Sometimes I will be searching through the forums, and at the top of the search results a message will appear saying

"The following terms were too short, or too common and were not included in the search _____".

I find this incredibly annoying since sometimes the skipped words will be necessary to narrow down the results. Is there any way to include these omitted words? Thanks.

You can surround your search terms with quotes like this: "S4 TPS" vs S4 TPS. The only problem with this is that it will ignore anything that doesn't have these terms listed in this exact way/order. So "S4 blah blah TPS" or "TPS S4" won't show up in a search.
