How to send a PM

Ok, I know that this has got to be as easy as it gets but I do not see where on the screen to go, in order to send a PM in reply to a post

Click on a Member's screen name and a drop down menu should appear...sending a PM should be choice two though you may not have the legit stop count for the feature to be active.

Try it and see if it works.
