Help. new to forums but very experienced mechanic. my search isnt working or turning results for me.

 

When you type on the box below, see that little yellow icon? That is the "insert image" function, then paste the link of the picture there, then your pic will show here, hope it helps!

make sure ur images meet the size requirement of 250kb max for jpg, jpeg. and gif. 100kb max for everything else.

 

you can direct link them from a photobucket account or flikr.

 

^yes i know. that's how i do it. i think he's asking bout uploading to the site.

 

You can also attach pics. Click on Go Advanced in the reply box, then attach the image from there, using "Manage Attachments" at the bottom of the page (after you click on Go Advanced).

so every time i try and post up a picture this happens where the small blue square appears or it is just the address.

so what am i doing wrong here??

 

 

u have to upload the image somewhere. either a hosting site like photobucket.com, or on this site. then that url goes in between the img tags to make it show in ur post. looks like that "url" is where it's at on ur HD.

 

upload onto photobucket and just copy the image hyper link and paste
