How do I get access to post in marketplace?

I must have missed this in the rules somewhere but I can't seem to post in the marketplace not send messages to a moderator. In both cases I get a page telling me my account doesn't have sufficient access for this feature.

 

I saw some posts after my thread that indicate a minimum number of posts before allowed to access the marketplace but the numbers vary and some have indicated it doesn't work even after 10 posts. Is there a minimum and what might that currently be?

 

Resolved! I can post in the marketplace and send private messages now. It seems my post count had to reach 6 for this to unlock.
