For some reason it seems most of the images in the board's database aren't appearing for me do to "Unauthorized Image Linking"

I attached a screenshot of what's up, though it's not effecting the boards functionality per-say, it's pretty annoying and I would like to figure out how to make it go away!

Any idea on how to rectify this?

 

Welp, I thought it might be the URL text competing with the IMG text commands and trimmed it but still no image. It could be that the source is not allowed to link here which is true for a handful of sites. Unfortunately, the requests for permission to link go to an Email address of the original owner...who no longer owns the site and hasn't been here for at least 6 months.

Got another example? What thread had the above example?
