1. they all share the red wire as a common wire. (refer back to your stock harness. they all conect together.)
lt blue is inj1
blue/red is inj 2 (1&2 are your primary injectors)
green/red is inj 3
pink is inj4 (3 & 4 are secondary inj)

2. yes. there is a grey and yellow wire (i belive) from haltech for this. it gets connected to a green/red wire. i forget the pin conection from stock harness.

3. you dont have to hook them up to anything. just cut them off.

4. picture the igniter on its side with the wires facing to the right. the one unused wire spot at the bottom. top wire being pin A

A= dig out 2 (blue)
B= neg side of trailing 1 (will be your front rotor)
C= dig out 1 (white and black)
D= connect this to a switched 12v source.
E= neg on trailing 2 (rear rotor)
F= haltech's ign out (its the lt green wire)
G= to the negative of the leading pack
H= gets no connection

in the setup page set it like this.

output type: constant charge
output edge: falling
time: 3ms
type: rotary
spark mode: direct fire

hope that helps a little.

BTW...the caps lock key on your key board is above the shift key on the left side...next to the A key and below the Tab key.

SORRY ABOUT CAPS LOCK....BUT MY DAUGHTER HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH KEYBOARD AND JUICE....
ANYWAYS RELATING TO THE IGNITER WIRE UP SO ALL I NEED IS THE 3 WIRES TO BY HOOKED UP ..BLUE, WHITE AND BLACK AND LT GREEN.......THE OTHER 3 WIRES FROM THE E6K HARNESS DOES NOT NEED TO BE HOOKED UP..GRN/BLK, BLK AND LIGHT BLUE.....IS THAT CORRECT??
THANKS

follow my directions for #4 and it will work.
remember the flying lead or e6k for that matter was not designed for ONE car so not every wire HAS to be used on your application.

you got that backwards, the dig out 2 is for rear rotor and dig out 1 is for front
