on all the write ups on installing a haltech, the color scheme on 2 of my wires is different from the stock harness.
for crank NE+ (triger) it is listed as YELLOW
for Crank NE- (input A) it is listed as RED

the colors listed are
yellow
red
red
white

I have:
black
green
red
white

whay should i hook the black and green to? the two i have left from the haltech harness are yellow and red.

anyone know?

oh this is on an FD

 

Connections to Haltech:

NE Sensor:
Green (negative) : To Haltech "input B" input
Black (positive) : To Haltech "trigger" input

G sensor:
Red (negative) : To Haltech "input A" input
White (positive) : To Haltech "home" input

Ignition setup info:

Trigger input : Int. reluctor
Trigger gain: 0-7
Trigger angle: 67 degrees
Trigger type: multitooth
Home input: Int. reluctor
Home gain: 0-7
No of teeth: 24
Tooth offset: 5

You should have bought your E6K from me. I would have given you wiring specific info sheets for FD
