Haltech have a website - www.haltech.com that has list on there somewhere with people in the states that can tune

The program you need if fu2.exe, and I think it's available on the Haltech Support YahooGroups archive - you need to register, but it's free.
Now, the e6k634.bin (I think) v6.34 firmware file is *CORRUPT* on there, so don't use it.
