I wanted to know what I can leave in the car and what I can junk. Can the front harness (long relay box) and other harness be removed to clean up engin bay?

By talking about the long relay box I will assume you have an FD. You can pull out the main engine wiring harness that has the fuel injectors on it. Depending on what you keep on your car as far as accessories goes, you can pull more, but most people do not since it is a pain.

The long relay box has a bunch of relays that are labeled on the top of the box. If you do not have pop up headlights, horn, radio antenna, or AC then you can remove it. Look on the box and see what is in there (I did it from memory, so there might be more).
