what is the haltech f9

can anybody give me a quick run down what the haltech f9 does. im thinking of getting that than a e6k. i will be installing a to4 hi fi w/ 750 primary and 1200 secondaries. is the f9 eazier to install than the e6k

i believe the F9 is a FUEL ONLY ecu,so you cant control the ignition with it.
e6k is much better if you can afford it.
