timin recommendations

I am trying to find out how many degrees I can advance my timing when the turbo is not blowing pressure to the engine.
My engine is a 13b 3er generation
Anyone?

You can run somewhere in the 30* range and more depending on where you are in the vacuum part of the map when off boost.
