Throttle Pump settings

Ok the coolant factor I think I know what it means.. The 1500 and the 3000 I think I know what that means

But what is INC and SUS ? And what exactly do the meaurements mean, I looked in the Haltech manual but it wasnt really clear or is it in there in a different place?

Someone please clarify these settings to me

Increment and Sustain
Increment is how much fuel you want to add.
Sustain is how long you want that INC to last.
I don't think the values are absolute though...
It's kinda complex to explain how to tune it though...
