Staging map in E11V2 - how it works?

I set staging bar at 11, for example (0 psi). Staging map settings is 3.8 ms at 5000 rpm, for example. My primaries and secondaries pulse at the same duration above this point at the bar map. What happens when the secodaries start? What mean "3.8 ms" at the staging bar map? Has a Y pintle (ms) affect above staging bar point at main fuel map?
Thank you!

I think you have to back up for a sec and think about this. If you have a rotary with 4 injectors of the same size set as stagging, and have 2 injectors pulsing to feed the demand of the engine, you will most likely reach from 6-7mS for 2, then when the other 2 come on you will have to reduce your mS value by half, this is if you have equal size injectors. If you have injectors of different size the stagging value will most certainly be different than half.

Also, you have to account for fuel pressure, ambient conditions, altittude, etc., not to mention engine design. So, a lot of factors play a part in these calculations.
