Sprint RE cold start issues with bridgeport....

It seems I have finally moved up from the rtek and joined the haltech club. So far for the past 4 days I have been dealing with getting the car started. After getting a base map made for it and loading it up I managed to get the car started. It took about 20 minutes of trying while having another car jump the battery too. After it started the idle was set and it ran for about 30 minutes. After I turned the car off and tried to start it again, the could would not come back on. This carried on until yesterday. I managed to get the car started again and let it run for about 2 hours while making adjustments. By adding fuel on the prime pulse time map I was able to get it started in about 6 - 8 seconds of cranking. This is on hot starts only, around 85C. Once the car cools down, I cannot get it started for the life of me. If I push/pull start the car it comes on and idles fine. Once it warmed up to operating temps, I can turn it off and it cranks up again in the 6 - 8 seconds. I am not sure if I have too much fuel going in or not enough. I need some help or a finger pointed in the right direction. Maybe some with a similar fuel setup can post a pic or something. I am up for anything at this point. The engine details are below:

S4 6 Port Half Bridgeport engine
820cc pri, 1000cc sec
BNR Stage 4 Turbo
FFE Trigger Kit
Stock coils (trailing coil modified to run in waste spark mode)
Sprint RE

So, after a lot of tinkering I have managed to get a work around for the cold start issue. If I zero out the coolant temp correction table for the fuel, the car starts but will not idle unless I am on the throttle a bit while it warms up. When I undo the change to the coolant temp correction table the car idles with no issues while it warms up. Could anyone give any advice on which of the tables need to be adjusted to help with this? My guess is the post start enrich table but I am not sure. I will be able to get back into it after work today (depending on the misses ).
