Sprint 500, 0.5V when supplying 12V

Sprint 500, 0.5V when supplying 12V
Hey,
I got this sprint 500, nothing looks burnt or damaged but when supplying 12V I can read only 0.5V and I can not connect to it.
Any idea ?
