Sensor mounting..where to get taps?

Where can i get the taps i need to install the air and coolent sensors? I've checked sears, autozone, advanced, lowes, and home depot. I need a 3/8"-18 and a M14x1.5 and I just can't find them anywere.

You should be able to get them at a local hardware store, thats where I got mine. The 3/8npt is easy, should be anywhere. The M14x1.5mm I coulden't find but a 1/4" npt works great, you just have to tap it down to the bottom of the threads.

any tool shop should have both taps. look in yellow pages for tools and make a few calls.

I finaly found a 1/4NPT after going to every hardware store in town. But I was able to find a 1/4 to 3/8 NPT adaptor, so i used that to mount the water temp sensor
