This is a Guru answer

I am curious to know how the computer works with the injectors. Lets say that my primaries are working at 80% duty cycle before the secondaries get into action, Will my primaries will always work at example 80% duty cycle after my secondaries start working? even thought I have set different pulsewidth to the secondaries?

What duty cycle % is the maximun that an injector will opertate propely? 80? 85? what?

Haltech will fire primaries up until the stage bar, and then drop ALL fuel injectors to the pulsewidth dictated after the stage bar.
