BUT REMEMBER! THESE ARE JUST BASE MAPS! USE THEM ONLY!! TO GET STARTED! You will have to fine tune it to your vehicle!
hi, i have a stock series4 block with fmic, turbo back exhaust, lightweight flywheel, clutch. well im trying to get it started and running but it takes forever to get started cause it floods out and backfires out the exhaust alot. im wondering if i configure the main settings on a 2 cylinder or a 4 cylinder. i dont know if i have a basemap from this site or from hitmans site. i have a 3bar sensor with stock ignition and stock injectors. thanks alot for all help.

Can some one point me in the right direction to a base map to get my car started. Below are my mods.

Medium Port
3mm seals
550cc/1650cc
stock ignition with HKS amplifier
3row intercooler

Guys, before you ask for a map, just download any of the maps that has the closest injector combination to what you have and the same settings on the ignition as you have, and then just play with the maps until you fine tune it.

720cc Secondary injector
Stock primary injector
Stock Turbo but is ported
Full exhaust Racing Beat TII
Walbro 255LPH fuel pomp
Blitz BOV

Any one have an E8 MAP for a NA big port 13B?? Currently trying to set one up for a monster port that we have just converted over to injection. Running S4/5 CAS aftermarket coils and 4 x 550cc inj .
I have a 1970s mazda rx3 with a fd 13b rew motor. I have haltech e8, gm 3 bar map sensor, all stock injectors, air temp stock, water temp stock, stock twins. I have 4 ls1 coilpacks ignition 1 wire on haltech bridge and going to both lead coils and signal 2 for t1 and sig 3 for I t2 i believe. the air pump i took off and blocked off all egr and idle air ports. I read a while back you can get it to idle by adjusting the lower throttle body. Anyways I loaded the stock fd 13b rew map to my haltech and change it to direct spark and the spark time from 3.5 to 5.5 for my ls1 coilpacks. I calibrated my tps, and when i try to start it will sputter and i can get it to run a little but just fills my garage with greyish black nasty smoke. It's like it wont rev up or whatever. I tried reading through the timing guides. I not exactly clear on how to zero the timing. I hook up timing light and hooked it up to T1 and crank it with timing locked and injectors unplugged but i just cant seem to figure it out.
Anyone have any suggestion to getting this thing to idle and run ?

No I don't!!! sucks. Anyways my main problem was that the engine was dry of oil, cooler lines and all. I filled it with oil till it was hi on dipstick cranked it a few times . added more. what I failed to do what the manual clearly states is to unplug injectors and coils before anything. I had not sent a base map to my e8 haltech or setup the fuel injectors so what ended up happening was from cranking it and turning key on and off looking through halwin and connecting to ecu i think it was flooding the engine! so then the oil lever went up alot. once i got car running it started to smoke. Then i noticed the oil level! then i realized all this crap. so anyways im starting out fresh again with fresh oil change.. going to put car outside and start it and try to clear it all out!
