Actually, Haltech is not a computer, it's the name of a company that makes/sells engine management systems and components.

The Haltech E6K is an engine management system, along with E6X, E11... these all control ignition and fuel among other things. They also have some fuel-only computers like the F10. Look at http://haltech.com.au for more information.

I know this post is **** retentive, but if you're going to bother answering such a question at least do it accurately.
