Need some more help with Haltech

I just finished wiring my E11v2 into my FD this week, finally. So far nothing has made any scorching sounds when I applied battery power, but I'd like to get some help confirming a few things before I reach the point where I try to start my car.

1. Is it normal for there to be voltage off the ignition side of the Haltech, as in off of pin 26 on the 34 pin connector, when the ignition is turned off and the 26 pin connector is receiving battery voltage? I noticed this when my BAC clicked when i connected the battery and my boost control solenoid started chattering like crazy after I changed some settings for it in the ecu while the ignition was turned off. It's definitely coming from the ECU and not any wiring issues. Just seems kind of strange to me.

2. I used LS-1 coils for my ignition and I'd like it if someone could verify for me that the attached pic from Motec is the right way to wire them to the Haltech. One switched power wire, one haltech source wire, and two grounds.

3. If someone would be so kind, I could use the values to enter for the IAT and water temp sensors.

4. What are the Duty and Pulses per Cycle settings for the Tacho output??

Thanks in advance guys.
