Well after putting some 20w-50, I got the front rotor to build up compression to 55psi, which is still bad. And also, Im trying to clean the spark plugs by letting it sit in brake cleaner fluid over night.

Would it fire, even at a low compression as mine and the cleaned spark plugs?

Oh, don't soak the tips in any kind of chemicals.
The center electrode is porous, and it soaks up a lot of stuff.
This increases the resistance, and this prevents it from firing.
If you want to try and resurrect them, burn the tips as hot as you can.
We typically use a propane torch (easy to get) and get the spark plugs tips red hot.
Be careful handling them spark plugs, cause they burn skin!
