Need E6k Software

Anyways, when I bought the car; the previous owner gave me the laptop with e6k program already on it. I would like to have a version on my desk top PC. Where can I download the software to install it?

It's an itty bitty DOS file that you can transfer via floppy?
If not, can you just network the two computers?
