injector wiring

Hey guys!
i am installing a haltech in my 86 n/a which is now powered by a jdm tII,the manual only has instructions for mounting sensors, but the wiring diagram does show injector wiring, but does not specify which injectors are which...so which one is one(i would guess front primary, but that would be a guess!) and two would be rear primary,3 front secondary 4 rear secondary....am i right or am i looking at a no runner?
I also aquired 3 msd boxes...any idea how these fit in the scheme,or if i should even bother with em?

Inj1--- Primary 1
Inj2--- Primary 2
Inj3--- Second 1
Inj4--- Second 2

You probably would be better off just using the Stock FC coils, as they are more than capable for igniting your fuel mixture...

And on top of that, MSD ignitions are (in my experience, so not necessarily the bottom line...) very problematic at best... If you do use the MSD 6 Series... the standard set up is:

Constant Duty
Sw. After point of: 50%
Rising edge
