Ignition Breakup

My last dyno was stopped early because i had waaaaaaaaaay to much ignition break up, all throughout the graph i had break up, atleast 50+% I have a e6k in a fc, it was installed by my builder who's done tons of them before so i doubt its the ecu installation, it isn't securley bolted down though, could that affect it? Would aftermarket grounds help? I also changed spark plugs and went with msd 8.5 super conductors. Also has a jacobs fc1000 but i am getting spark from there now (didn't check before)

Well the car is reving up fine, there are bad hesitations but i'm guessing thats from lean spikes since i swapped manifolds and these flow much more air than the others, the thing is on the dyno I CAN"T get a tach signal and its just weird, i'll try some grounds then redyno, i'm going to dyno 2 times before its fully tuned anyways.

Any chance your coils are bad? at least the trailings? What kind of setup do you have? MSD, stock? direct fire? toggle?
