IGN-1A settings?

Like the title says, im upgrading from an FC ignition system that was setup like an FD, but now im going full crazy insane on the ignition.

What settings should i use? keep in mind, i have a FFE trigger kit, and a sport 2000.

TIP: if you switch settings make sure that your Coils are Disconnected Before doing so.Once you punch in the settings then hook them back up.
If not you will fry a Brand New coil.
My setup is close to yours.FFE Trigger,Plat1000 and IGN-1A coils.

im gona be using the sprint re. do the new haltechs have variable dwell adjustability under different loads or is it just a one setting like the old e6k's? by what ive been researching, a 4.5ms dwell is about max to keep a long life for a coil (obviously depending on what coil you use).

another question i had is there a thread or writeup where they show all the different coils used and what mj they output at what dwell?

What are your power goals? Right now I am at 400 WHP and am using a dwell time of 4mS. This summer when I turn up the boost and go e-85 I will raise it up to 4.5mS. From what I have been told 4.5mS is about the max you want to run to keep the coils from overheating.
