Iddle decided to jump up 2000 RPM. WTF!

I don't know what was going on I went arround town to do some erronds, and I am sitting at an interesection and the car is iddling at 755 RPM rock solid. then I start driving and I notice the car wants to speed up on it's own? next intersection I stop and the car is iddling at 2500RPM and it isn't just iddling like if I put it in 1st and pull the e-brake and slowly let up on the clutch it keeps going back to 2500rpm like I can drive arround town right now without touching the accelerator.
I looked for any possible vacume leaks, and none found... couldn't hear a hiss.. nothing... Can't figure it out! I tried blocking the BAC and unplugging it that isn't it. the throttle plates are closed to idle position (min position). I can't figure it out is there something Haltech related that would do this?
Thanks
Jeffrey

I pluged the end of the Brake booster nipple and no change, no change in Wastegate source, no change in Pressure sensor and Greddy boost gauge sensor line, as well as BOV line. I have run out of Ideas short of it being a gasket but can't see that they (upper and lower) are brand new. I have Blown smoke (from cigar) under the arround the engine and nothing moves really.... tried some engine start spary and nothing there. I don't know what else could/would cause this.

Like I said before, the Throttle plates are closed (checked visually), I cannto find a vacume leak.

This just started all of a sudden one intersection it was idling rock solid at 755 the next at 2500. Any other suggestions?

Well, when I remove The Brake Booster Line it iddles at 3500 RPM.
Now when I remove and plug the line for the MAP Sensor, it drops to 1500 RPM, now I am not sure if it is because I took the MAP sensor input away or whether because that is where the leak comes from. other than that I removed the UIM, Gasket good, Injector Grommets, Good and sealing, BAC Valve Gasket Good, All Vacume caps Present, TB bolted on properly.... Now anybody else have any suggestions?
Thanks

ok, found out what it was. Where the Idle Control Valve was on the side of the UIM just below the Throttle Cable is.... the bolt I had taped into there had shoot itself out. Making a HUGE vacume leak. So problem Fixed.
Thanks Guy's.
