Haltech I have a alternator problem with the haltec

I have a alternator problem with the haltec

i have installed the haltech e6k and now is wondering where the wires for the alternator goes too.. i was wondering if the alternator wires get spliced into the haltech harness.. can anyone help me out with this one...?

They have nothing to do with the haltech or the haltech harness in anyway. The alternator is a seperate circuit.
