Ok so I just put in the new engine and upgraded to 720/1680cc inj from stock. I also lowered the MS 25% and 45% for the 1680 injectors. And I still cant get the idle lower then 2500 rpm. my wideband reads 13.5 there so I have that set and all the screws are backed off on the TB. So what am I missing?

there's probably an air leak after the throttle body. too much fuel alone would just make it flood out. there has to be a pretty big vacuum leak for the idle to jump up that high.
