how do I adjust the screen size?

I just got a new laptop and I can't figure out how to get the haltech screen any bigger. Its only about half size right now and i've tried going into properties on the exe. file and adjusting the dos settings, but have had no luck. What am I missing here?

try going into your setup as the computer is booting up. (Usually by hitting F1 or delete or the like). There should be a setting on one of the pages that relates to video size. Click it over to full screen or whatever your laptop calls it.

I had this same problem on my Versa laptop.

Hope this helps.

try adjusting it to 640x480 or 800x600 on the desktop properties.

I've tried both but still no luck. I think if I could figure out how to expand the screen in dos mode, maybe that would work. Only problem is I can't even figure out how to do that, no manual. I was messing with the haltech program on my desktop computer and expanding the screen size while in haltech worked.
