Help Injectors wont open

Iv'e just installed a E6X on my car. It's a new rebuild. And every thing new.

When i try to start the car nothing happens.

I have checked if i get a spark and i do. But the plugs are completely dry. No fuel at all.

The fuel pump works and i get a good fuel presure, but it drops when the pump stops, and goes upp when i try to start it. But it pulses pretty good. I don't have the puls dampening thing on the injectors eny more.

When cranking i se that the Duty cycle goes up to 12% one time den goes to 0.

One time when i turned the key on, to second click it fierd in the chamber, probably some fuel there. So it's getting just a drop of fuel, but nothing more.

I have searched good, but can't find eny thing that can help me out.

I have also checkd, and re checked all wires that they are correct.

So please help

I have checked some more, and all wires are good.

When cranking the rpm goes to 960 then drops to a steady beat of 120rpm.

And im getting a pulsing on the fuel pump. Sometimes it wont start when trying to crank.

Im wondering if there is somthing wrong with the ECU.

Verify the primaries are working - wire them to +12VDC and ground and see if you can hear them click.  OR, you can pop them out of the holes, wire them to the fuel rail, and crank the engine over - you should see them spray fuel.  Have rags handy when you do this!

Check the 10A(?) fuse in the Haltech fuse holder to see if it's blown.  if it is, the fuel injectors are not getting any power.
