Help with Idle Hunting on E6K

After extensive tunning and the car being running awsome. the idle starts to screw up. car started hunting real bad on idle. Up and down so the only way to make it go away was to raise the idle from 1000 to 1600 rpm. we think it may have something to do with the acc. pump map which we will check out tomorow. i just wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas.
