Help with Afm

So I went to temporarily remove my AFM today because I needed to get to my water methanol pump under the factory air box anyway when I reinstalled it I couldn't get the car to start so I opened up the haltech manager on my laptop and all the sensors were maxes out.

So then I was like in theory I should not need the afm with a Haltech 1000 plug and play anyway and the sensors cleared to normal and the car starts buy dies after probably 3 seconds.

Can someone point me in the correct direction I'd rather just remove the restriction of the factory afm and air box while I'm at it I haven't had the car to long and working my way to bigger and better things.. Pretty sure the car is turning off the fuel pump the way it acts but how do I stop it from doing this

No AFM equals no fuel pump on the S4.

It seems like it turns off because it definitely primes and being that the haltech doesn't need it for tuning I'm sure somewhere there has to be a write-up on what I need to bypass this or someone who knows.

I was able to take apart the afm and figure out which lead had come desoldered.
