Having trouble with TPS calibration changing.

I am not sure whats going on with my tps signal, it is changing . If I do the calibration process now and take the car for a run, by the time I get back the ecu will register say 1% or 2% when off throttle. My thermo wax is totally disabled so I am not sure what else could be causing this. And because the ecuis not registering 0% throttle at idle, its messing with the BAC idle operation.

if it is e8 and newer then you can dial in some deadband for the TPS signal to allow for a little drift as things warm up

Yes it is an E8 ecu. What is the maxium dead band you recommend so it will not affect anythin else in the tune? Do you thing I can go as high as 2% on the dead band?

i have mine around 2 % .. seems to be fairly normal to see spikes that high as the 5v system is prone to become coloured by ground noise

I also replaced my tps sensor with another one. I suspect the one I am using has issues.
