Haltech vacume line questions.
On a 91turbo there are vacume lines sticking out next to the 2ndary injectores. Do I need to connect them no anything or plug them?

The only vacuum lines you need are :
The MAP
The FPR (fuel pressure reg)
The BOV (if using aftermarket)
Boost guage (if using aftermarket)
Everything else can go bye bye
Make sure that the MAP, BOV, and boost guage goes somewhere where all rotors/runners a re common to it

the Haltech ECU only needs a vacuum signal to the MAP(manifold absolute pressure) sensor. the BOV, fuel pressure regulator, and wastegate are needed to operate the engine but are not used by the Haltech directly. you want the signal for the FPR, MAP, BOV(if it is a two port model you will also need a feed directly from the turbo outlet), and boost gauge to come from the intake manifold after the throttle plates and for the port to be common to all intake runners. the turbo II intake has a bunch of vacuum ports and not all of them are useable. most popular would be the port that points directly towards the passenger side front fender. it is right above the turbo and is near the meeting point of the two intake manifolds. make sure it is clear of all debris. make sure the wastegate operates properly and the fuel pressure is correct before attempting to drive or tune the engine.
