Haltech Haltech PS1000 Ignition setup?

Haltech PS1000 Ignition setup?
What is recommended? I intend to go with the haltech and a trigger wheel, throw the stock cas in the garbage and maybe use LS1/LS2 coils or maybe 4x MSD blaster 2 coils, but to do this do i need some ignition "box" or will the haltech handle them, or are there better coils with a "built in amplifier" that will suit this setup better.
stockblock s4 with gt3582r, ID720+ID2000 and so on......will go as far as my engine lets me, maybe on E85!
