haltech kit?

is there such a thing that would come with a wiring harness

i want to rewire my car but am also pretty interested in a standalone

do any of the standalones come with a harness?

They all have wiring harnesses.

Do you mean a harness already wired/trimmed to fit an FC? An adapter harness that plugs into your factory harness? A regular terminated harness?

Little more specific would be good.

i mean a harness that will replace the existing engine wiring harness specifically for an fc

Yes. The harness will have extra wire length, but a terminated harness bought from haltech will plug into the haltech, and plug into its necessary sensors makign the amount of wiring next to nothing for install. The lengths may not be ideal for the application however.

There is no engine wiring harness specifally for an FC no. Only a patch kit designed to use the OEM harness to run the haltech.
