Haltech in a FD. where did you mount it?

title says it all.
where did you all mount your haltech? i wired mine with about a foot of the wiring in the cabin. i thought i would mount it where the stock ecu went. it is a bit of a PIA with that thick *** harness. did anyone put it anywhere else? i was thinking to cut the clovebox up and mount it behind the glovebox. any help?

I put it in the stock location and you can't even tell its there. Fits perfect!!

i figured as much, but i think i left to much slack in the harness. (would need to be wrapped up to not show) now i know for next time.
i could pull it (the slack) through the firewall, but that defeats my cutting eveythign to fit neatly up front.
oh well...

kieth there was abt a foot of slack in mine...you just got to stuff and squeeze it in the area in etween the fender well and all the wires will dissapear....dosent look the prettyest w/ the kick pannel off but whos gonna see that

well....i was planning on keeping a pet lizard in there. i dont know what i was thinking, jusy tired when i was looking at it.

hey len, if you even get a chance, stop by jim's. car is just about all back together...again. LOL. i'll call ya tomorrow or sometime this week.
