Haltech E11
I have never tuned before and want to start using the Haltech from basically stock. Is this recommended?
Would it be better to start with the PFC?
The E11 works with newer versions of windows and has support for the OMP correct?
Where is a good place for me to start learning about how to install as well as tune?

most of us have learned tuning from experience, and reading; theres lots of good threads here
