I have been playing with Haltech for a few days now.. I gotta say the Haltech customer service is top notch. None of automated phone prompt. A person picks up every time during their normal business hours with almost no wait. Their rotary knowledge seems little basic after Claudio's departure, but they were always available over the phone to guide me through their software and their products promptly.

I just wish they were open on the weekend too! That's when the most of us working people tinker with cars. Nonetheless, I just wanted to give their support team a huge

 

They answer the phone 24 hours a day through the week now. If it's after hours in the US, the call is automatically routed to Australia.

 

I have an email to haltech with a tech question time stamped at 12:32 PM and a DETAILED (and correct) response from Chris Law of Haltech support stamped at 12:37 PM.

Customer service through Haltech direct is incredible, plus the Haltech vendors all seem to have a real understanding of the ECU. Not every company has that....
