Haltech 750 using Elite 1000 base map

I'm trying to make a base map for my S4 T2, using the "fd3s s6 single" elite 1000 map. How do I change the ecu in the software to the 750?

Open the 750 map and then import the 1000 map. Double check everything to make sure it imported correctly and all the I/On is accounted for.
