fuel pump rewire w/Haltech

I am doing the fuel pump rewire on 1300cc.com website, and I know that the way he has you rewire the fuel pump retains the resistor/relay pack, so that your voltage drops to 9v at idle. Now I know that the stock ecu triggers the relay to drop the voltage to 9v at idle. My question is what changes if any do I need to make to the wiring since I am running a Haltech setup in my car? I have a 88 turbo 2

Basically, you throw all of that out when installing the Haltech.
The Haltech has it's own power control wiring/relay which you need to rewire the fuel pump yet again.
