F9 to F9a harness upgrade - help & pic request
I'm looking to incorporate closed-loop O2 sensing (possibly the idle control as well) into the F9 box.
After RTFM'ing every piece of literature I can find on it, it seems that I'm to take apart the F9 unit, install a mysterious jumper in a mysterious place (for 5v wideband O2), then "install the F9a harness kit"
I can't find any pictures of what the F9A kit looks like - is it just the harness? other stuff included?
Robert @ the Shack has a box of F9 harness stuff, but we dont know which is which. The wiring diagram for the F9A is available here (http://www.haltech.com/wp-content/up.../01/f9_aux.pdf) however they show the pinout linear, not 2x8 as the harness plug actually is. So matching wires to pin #'s is a pita. We found one that is CLOSE, but the wire color order is different after the first few.
A picture of the actual F9A harness would be great!
Thanks in advance
